A message to you fangirls.
This message has been created not to offend anyone to make certain members understand some things. And I’m talking about all you Yaoi-fangirls lurking around.
A few notes before I begin.
1. I created this account only to write this message. I am not a member for this site originally.
2. This site is not the only one whom is getting this message posted.
3. A lot of you will find this message offensive and isn’t meant to do that.
4. I will most likely get banned after posting this. But that is most excellent proof that my message also got through to you.
5. I will not and I repeat WILL NOT read your replies because I don’t really care what ever they may contain. And if I’m correct most replies will contain personal attacks against me and lots of swearing and complaining that I’m wrong and so on and so on. Do you self a favor keep you thoughts to your selves you’ll just waste your energy writing those messages anyway.
I am a male of the Homo sapiens race. And I know most of the facts about homosexuality and this subculture called Yaoi. My neighbors are a couple they both male and gay and I am straight down to the bone. And you know what they find it more amusing to know that girls write fanfictions about characters for different stories that aren’t even gay. Both of them and many of their friends would NEVER assault anyone non-gay and hey look at me, a guy in love with a very pretty girl is sitting in their garden talking about these things they haven’t made a move and I’ve even been to one of their parties filled up with gay people. One tried to make a move on me. I just told him I’m not gay and he sighed slightly and then we began to talk about other things. So why are all these stories and fanfictions so incredibly stupid? I asked them if they even had sex and they answered “no” and they also inserted that most homosexuals doesn’t. Rarely one out of twenty had have sex and I talk about both lesbians and homosexuals.
I am a fanboy but I don’t act like a moron about it. I like Yuri and hentai and such. I like and love those ORIGINAL stories where boy meets girl and girl meets girl. Hey I like the anime Loveless I watched it and liked it. And you know why? It was ORIGINAL. You cannot make a straight character into a homosexual. Take all these stupid SeixSub fanfictions for a sample. Subaru is not a homosexual Seishirou just has tendencies of being but probably isn’t. Both characters have an already created place within the story. It is a already finished story and as far as I’ve heard, read, seen and be told it does not contain any homosexual-relations between these characters.
Know your facts before you act. You might think that a homosexual-relationship contains things like:
"...That's not a sock, Subaru-kun."
"Really?" Subaru asked innocently. "Then what is it?"
With a smirk, Seishirou said, "Why don't you come closer and find out?"
It sounds more like a strange comedy to me then homosexual-relationships, it’s not even playful or sexy in anyway.
I respect all individuals homosexual or bisexual or necrosexual or whatever. I think you disrespect homosexual more by creating stories about non-homosexual character placed in homosexual situations.
Here I want you to read a little about sexuality in many forms.

Too late for posting this but I have to let it out my chest:
It's not gay bashing it's just an imagination,an imagination about characters made of paper,they aren't even real, where is the gay bashing,and it wouldn't be the same for yuri?
I am only happy with yaoi. |

Your point would be more valid, if you actually refered to a fanon couple, instead to a completely canon pairing, that is widely accepted and loved. Now, you probably wouldn't read this comment ever, and from the looks of it, you're likely a troll, but hey - I like to waste my energy on talking about CLAMP and their wonderful world(s) and pairings  .

Really, there is something called "gay characters". The show doesn't need to be shounen ai/yaoi to have homosexual characters. Lots of shoujo animes/mangas does it, shounen has it as fanservice for the girls.

You probably shouldn't go near a CLAMP fandom then. Subaru never loved anyone in his life as much, as Seishirou. He said it in Tokyo Babylon and in X too. The man killed his sister, betrayed him, and Subaru still couldn't help but feel so strongly for him. And if you had read the mangas - both Tokyo Babylon and X, you would know why their relationship left so many people heartbroken, or that Seishirou loves Subaru too. CLAMP couples aren't defined by kisses and sex, they are simply soulmates, and Seishirou and Subaru are the prime example.

Yes, and in all three stories they appeared so far, they always had this obsession with each other. Unhealty - yes - but saying it wasn't love is denying all CLAMP couples, because rarely they get even an "I like you", be it het or gay.
In TB Seishirou constantly flirts with Subaru, says he loves him, and plays generally his husband (he even proposed to him - completely with ring - in CLAMP's Shoten). Subaru always blushes and thinks he makes fun of him. Until Seishirou saves his life, and is injured - then Subaru realizes he loves him. If you're talking about original stories, Tokyo Babylon has a definite shounen ai story, only it doesn't end with happy ending but in horrible tragedy. Still, it's a love story.
I understand what you're talking about, but know your facts before you act  . |
